LOCL, pronounced "local" short for League of Community Leaders. MASH prides itself on being a community resource; therefore, are looking for a community champion.
Our criteria: a person who takes extraordinary interest in adoption, implementation, and success of a cause, policy, program or project. That person is a change advocate, change agent or idea champion.
